**UPDATED as of 11/12/2025:**
Please be mindful that accounts will lockout after 3 failed logon attempts. They are set to unlock after 15 minutes. Below are steps users can take to unlock accounts and reset passwords through our self service tool. These steps are also outlined in a Tech Tip article on our Sharepoint page.
To unlock an account:
1. Visit our self service page here.
2. Select "My account is locked out."
3. Enter your username when prompted.
4. You should receive a Duo notification to your enrolled device.
5. Once you DUO authenticate on your enrolled device, you should receive confirmation your account was unlocked.
To reset your password:
1. Visit our self service page here.
2. Select either "I know my password" or "I forgot my password"
3. Enter your username when prompted.
4. You should receive a duo authentication to your enrolled device, and complete when prompted. (that is if you're already not signed into the page).
5. Follow password requirements and hit OK once done.
