You can reset your voicemail PIN right inside the Webex User Hub! Follow these simple steps to enable this feature and regain access quickly.


Step 1: Log in to Webex User Hub ๐Ÿ”


Step 2: Go to Your Voicemail Settings ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ

  • Click Settings on the left-hand side.

  • Select Calling from the top menu.

  • Click on Voicemail in the sub-menu.


Step 3: Reset Your PIN ๐Ÿ”

  • Look for the button labeled โ€œReset voicemail PIN.โ€

  • Enter your new voicemail PIN.

  • Confirm the new PIN.

  • Click Save to apply the changes.



Step 4: Test the New PIN! ๐ŸŽ‰

  • Call your voicemail box from your desk phone.

  • Enter your new PIN when prompted.
