You can reset your voicemail PIN right inside the Webex User Hub! Follow these simple steps to enable this feature and regain access quickly.
Step 1: Log in to Webex User Hub ๐
- Go to the Webex User Hub.
Sign in with your City log-in (SSO).
Step 2: Go to Your Voicemail Settings ๐๏ธ
Click Settings on the left-hand side.
Select Calling from the top menu.
Click on Voicemail in the sub-menu.
Step 3: Reset Your PIN ๐
Look for the button labeled โReset voicemail PIN.โ
Enter your new voicemail PIN.
Confirm the new PIN.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Step 4: Test the New PIN! ๐
Call your voicemail box from your desk phone.
Enter your new PIN when prompted.
