Want to make sure you never miss a voicemail?
You can have your voicemails sent right to your email and get notifications inside the Webex User Hub! Here’s how to turn these features ON in just a few easy steps.
Step 1: Log in to Webex User Hub 🔐
Go to the Webex User Hub.
Sign in with your City log-in (SSO).
Step 2: Go to Your Voicemail Settings 🎙️
Click Settings on the left-hand side.
Choose Calling from the upper menu.
Click on Voicemail in the sub-upper menu.
Step 3: Turn ON “Email a Copy of the Voicemail” 📧
Find the option “Email a copy of the voicemail message.”
Flip the switch to ON.
Enter your City email address.
Make sure your email address is correct — this is where your voicemail copies will be sent.
Step 4: Turn ON “Receive Voicemail Notifications” 🔔 (Optional)
Find the option “Receive voicemail notifications.”
Toggle it ON to get additional alerts from Webex whenever a new voicemail arrives.
Note: This is optional. Receiving notifications does not impact whether you'll receive email copies of your voicemails.
Step 5: Check It Out! 🎉
Ask a friend or coworker to leave you a voicemail.
Check your email inbox for the voicemail message.
Look for a notification inside the Webex User Hub.
If you see both, you’re all set! ✅
