1. Access the Recordings Portal
First, log in to Webex User Hub, which hosts your recorded meetings.
2. Open Your Recordings
Navigate to the “Recordings” section in the left-hand menu—this lists all finished recordings, whether from meetings, calls, webinars, or training sessions.
3. Download an Individual Recording
Find the recording you wish to save and click the “Download” button next to it. If prompted, accept any disclaimers or terms to proceed.
All Webex cloud recordings download as MP4 files, which are compatible with nearly all media players.
4. Retrieve Transcripts (Optional)
If your recordings include a transcript, you can download it separately. In the “Transcript” section of the recording, click Download Transcript.

Wait your turn: It can take up to 24 hours for cloud recordings to appear, depending on file size and bandwidth.
Disk space: Frequent download-and-delete helps conserve your allotted cloud storage.
Multiple recordings: There's no built‑in “download all.”
